The staff was very kind and polite. The lady that rented out our car gave us pointers and tips for driving and traveling around Crete. She also included a map of the island and even pointed out spots and distinct places we haven’t heard of that were worth seeing.

Regarding the car, we rented a Peugeot 108 (small). The car was in perfect condition on both the exterior and the interior.

We got a decent price for an 8 day rental period, so no complaints or issues on that front.

The car I rented was in an excellent condition, clean and ready to go. I was pleasantly impressed with the way it was maintained and the comfort it provided during my stay.

Returning the car was as easy as picking it up. I arrived at the return point, was quickly checked in and received confirmation of the end of the car rental.

We visit Crete every year, and this was the first time we rented a car from AthensCars. We had everything to make it a great experience - Dimitri picked us from the airport and drove to the office despite the walkable distance, provided us with all information, and was there 3 weeks later to receive the car back. All with a smile and wonderful attitude. Will surely come back to rent a car next year!

Very helpful and communicative pre-trip, the guy that took care of us st pick-up spoke great English so it was quick and straightforward, drop-off was equally fast and stress-free, no dramas with hidden costs or complications. The car was brand new and in great condition, didn't let us down once on those Harry Cretian mountain roads or the highways! Absolutely perfect for a hire car company, totally professional and easy.

I have rented for the second year in a row from AthensCars Heraklion, everything was superlative, the rented cars behaved well, we had no problems.
